We Work Closely with the West Asheville Business Association

The West Asheville Business Association (WABA) is a membership organization for businesses in the West Asheville area and we are proud to be members. While the organization offers business support and networking opportunities, it also facilitates local outreach, volunteerism, and other projects specifically designed to benefit the community and make it better.

Working with this organization gives us a sense of civic pride and we encourage the community to support businesses that are part of WABA. We know that buying local gives back to the community in a myriad of ways.

We Are Proud of Our Involvement with R.E.A.C.H (Real Estate Agents Combating Homelessness)

Our commission – to end chronic homelessness.

GoPrime Mortgage, Inc. . also belongs to Homeward Bound, an organization dedicated to ending homelessness in Buncombe County. We encourage all who participate in the real estate transaction, to be a part of R.E.A.C.H.

This non-profit organization utilizes many strategies to end homelessness in the area and help those experiencing homelessness find short or long term housing. The goal is ultimately to end the cycle of homelessness within Western North Carolina.
