This course covers NCHFA’s first-time homebuyer programs in depth, including property and buyer eligibility, the loan process, and how NCHFA can help you help your clients purchase their first home.
Attendees will walk away with:
- 4 hours of CE credit toward renewal of your NC Real Estate License
- A listing on the NCHFA website as a Preferred Real Estate Professional
- A deeper understanding of down payment assistance and lending options for first-time buyers
