“If you’re thinking about renovating your current home in WNC or maybe buying a home to improve as a project, I can talk to you about the options for financing this work.”
“Maybe you’re considering buying a home in the WNC area for short or long term rental opportunities. There are some special considerations when it comes to buying a home you intent to rent, so talk to me about the kinds of loans that will work for you.”
“Of course, the draw of the Western North Carolina Mountains is hard to pass up and there are plenty of people who choose to live in our community as their second home. While you might not be here all year long, you still want the best possible purchase opportunity available. I can help.”
